Honestly I think 5'10'' or taller is considered tall by society but it all depends. The real travesty I think lies within society's view of those who date and have a height difference. Sure a giant height difference with either a taller man and shorter woman vice versus may seem extreme but it seems that even those with only a small amount difference (particularly those where the woman is taller) are persecuted by society. Love should be about the personality and connection between the two people, not the height, but I guess society will never get past that.

I am 5'10, and it seems impossible to find men who are as tall or taller than I am. Most guys who want to date me are in the 5'7" range. That's not too bad. Short guys try harder.

`Sorry to bring back an old thread, I'm new here.
I'm 5'11" and I used to rarely wear heels, but not anymore. I agree that a good indication is when you realize how weird it is to look up at someone, even by the slightest degree.

for me ... how tall is tall when it comes to women?
well I stand at 5'11", so tall begins at my own height and goes up from there.. I love to see eye to eye or she is the taller one... I love tall..
so if there are any single and available tall women out there I am here.
I would love to know you.. currently I live in Dover Tennessee.. Jim
